Here is the Bundesliga Team of the Week for GW30. No surprise that Augsburg dominate the Team of the Round, after their stunning 6:0 demolition of Stuttgart. They contribute five players plus have their gaffer as the Manager of the Week in Bild, and three in Sportschau’s Team of the Round.

Niklas Sule’s winner against Bremen makes him the solitary Bayern representative in this TOTW. Hoffenheim’s 5:2 win away at Schalke sees Belfodil and Demirbay earn nominations. Pavlenka from Bremen, Halstenberg from Leipzig and Alario from Leverkusen complete the TOTW for Bild.

Bayern and Werder Bremen will be squaring off against each other twice in the span of four days, and the first battle went in favour of the Bavarians, who triumphed 1:0 at the Allianz Arena.

It wasn’t a classic by any stretch of imagination, but Niklas Sule’s strike kept Bayern a point ahead of BVB, and that’s perhaps all that mattered to Niko Kovac at the final whistle. Sule was Bayern’s best player on the afternoon as seen in these media ratings. Martinez and Coman were the worst.
