This Bellerin tackle on Willian was a controversial moment in the Community Shield clash between Arsenal and Chelsea at Wembley last night. Willian fell after contact with Bellerin, but was given a yellow by referee Madley for diving/simulation, with several feeling it should have been a penalty to Chelsea instead

Madley later sent off Chelsea’s Spanish forward Pedro for a studs up challenge on Arsenal’s Mohamed Elneny and that provided a route back into the game for the Gunners. (They won 4-1 on penalties after equalising through new signing Kolasinac)
