Crystal Palace have completed the signing of talented youngster Timothy Fosu-Mensah on loan from Manchester United. The season long switch sees the 19 year old link up with compatriot Frank de Boer, who is currently in charge at Selhurst Park.

De Boer indicated that the versatile Fosu-Mensah, who has struggled for first team football at United under Mourinho, would be primarily seen as a right centre back, but also as an option for full back in a 4-3-3. With pace to burn, Fosu-Mensah can also slot in at midfield if required.
