According to a recent survey done in the months of August and September, Sunderland have the noisest fans in the Premier League. Averaging 129 decibels, fans at the Stadium of Light are almost as loud as an air raid siren (which are at 130 decibels).

The results are somewhat surprising because Sunderland’s ground is not the biggest one by capacity in the Premiership, smaller than the likes of Man Utd and Arsenal.

At the other end of the table are Fulham, averaging 115.4 decibels at home.
