Sunderland chairman Niall Quinn is ready to meet Roy Keane's transfer budget demands.

The Sun says Quinn will back Keane's £80million Sunderland revolution.

Boss Keano insists the board must spend to turn the Black Cats into a Premier League force. Chairman Quinn said: "We can consolidate and build on good, strong foundations."
