West Ham winger Luis Boa Morte has emerged as a top target for Sunderland boss Roy Keane, according to reports.

And the big-spending Black Cats boss is apparently willing to offer £3million to land the former Arsenal, Southampton and Fulham man.

Boa Morte has struggled to get things right at Upton Park following his £5million from Craven Cottage in January last year.

The Portugal star made 32 appearances in all competitions last season but failed to register a goal.

And a move could be on the cards with the player voicing his concerns at being subjected to the Upton Park boo-boys towards the end of last term.
