I would rather see spurs give our own young stars a chance rather than see cambell being groomed just to be handed back to united.
We were once a proud football club but now people just laugh at us as " The Wannabees" . We need to axe this board now before they drag this once proud club into the gutter. This is the first time in forty years ive been ashamed of my club.

Having spent quite a few years in the gulf, I am amused and amazed at the naivety of so-called fans that like, dedicated followers of fashion, suggest ENIC sell out to those wonderful philanthropists like DIC. Come into the real world. Such buyers only come in when they already have an exit stategy. They will only put in less than they intend to take out. All the big talk from the buyers from Abu Dhabi looks good as they are only "interested" in developing sport. Just a few years ago the ruler, banned ex-pats from playing football, forcing them to turn to rugby, as they made the locals look bad. So much for developing sport. there ain't no free lunch. Sure let's find someone who'll want to change the manager, players and whatever else takes there fancy every half year or so. Go and support one of the trendy clubs if you must. By the way WOCEPL, in your wonderful lecture on how Spurs and their fans should view the future you forgot a couple of important things. It is OK for players to renege on their contrcat and treat the fans with contempt. The rules should not apply to United. Even the SAF-loving Daily Mail admitted he threw away the rule book nd broke the regulations. So that OK in your book. I was hoping to encourage my grandchildren to follow football like their fathers but I feel it will only demonstrate how far a great sport has sunk into the gutter. It is proving that scum settles on the top.

I'm fed up with that greasy little weasel, Levy, a weakling who will always give in to the big boys and then make himself look even more foolish comlaining about how we were mistreated. No point in b*****g about it here. I'm directing my effort to contact the The Dubai Investment Group, who will be looking for a club to compete with their main rival, the new Citeh owner. I hope other disgruntled supporters with do the same.

Lets be honest and don't go into childish talk or even worse onto rubbish statements like "break a leg" etc.
My advice to Spurs fans is instead to reflect on WHY it is that the better and more accomplished (and thus more "attractive to other clubs") stars WANT to leave Spurs in the first place. Together with unhelpful (and manytimes hurtful statements attributed to both Spurs management and fans alike), I feel that all these signs of ungraciousness, threats etc work to the detriment of the Club itself. Which top stars elsewhere will want to join Spurs if they had some better choice(s). Will you find some top players (I don't include those fading ones who sometimes talk as though they are still there!) who will openly say that it is their "dream" to put on the proud "whites" of Spurs, reject concrete bids of higher returns/salary etc to come to WHL? Perhaps the right way will be to spend some of the cash rich takings achieved now to rebuild up a stronger youth football academy where young talents can be groomed with this rich desire to play proudly for the club. Just an unbiased suggestion though... Best wishes anyway.

From what i have justread it appears there is no point of any player signing a contract at Spurs. You can sign a five year contract but if you want to play for annother team just tell the manager your not happy and the board will sell you for as much cash as possable.

                                 OR
You could do what Man Utd did with Ronaldo and say sorry your not going anywhere for any price now get over it.
