Media reports this morning claim Dimitar Berbatov's move to Manchester United could finally go through today.
The Tottenham striker has been muted as a potential Old Trafford target all summer, and according to the Daily Mail the Bulgarian is due to hold talks about the personal terms of a £25million deal this afternoon.
The report claims the Bulgarian is due at United's Carrington training centre after finally being given permission by Spurs to talk to the Premier League and European champions.
And it is thought that the 27-year-old will be offered a four-year deal worth in the region of £80,000-a-week, which could be rubber stamped in time to become a United player ahead of the new season.

Rudolph Ferguson has been told to stay at home if Berba flys into Manchester. Apparently his stable is in the direct flight path of all incoming air traffic. Authorities are now concerned that his bright glowing hooter will be mistaken for the final approach path. Sources close to Rudolph claim he will counter this by wearing a bag over his head for the next month or so. “I will still be allowed to drink lots of whiskey everyday,” said Ruldolph when asked why his hooter glowed so bright.
