Reports suggest Spurs boss Juande Ramos will return to his old hunting ground in an attempt to prise winger Diego Capel out of Sevilla.
The Daily Mail understands that the Spanish coach will make a final effort to land the 20-year-old with a £12million offer.
Capel was a major target for Ramos over the summer but the midfielder decided to stay in Spain.
However, Ramos is desperate to solve the club's long-standing left-sided problem and believes that Capel is the answer, with the Mail suggesting that a five-year £85,000-a-week deal will be laid on the table.
Spurs have made a disastrous start to the season which has seen them plummet to the foot of the table with just two points to their name after five games.
