The secrets of Arsenal's team success has been revealed after a document was recovered from a squad meeting with a sports psychologist.

The 14-point letter, discarded by one of the Gunners' players, encourages the team to 'stick together' and unite with 'an unshakable belief that we can achieve our target'.

The letter, composed by the psycholgist known only as 'Tim', emphasises the importance of the strength of relationships amongst the players that can 'add an extra dimension and robustness to the team dynamic'.

Arsene Wenger has made it no secret in the past that his squad are a very close-knit group both on and off the pitch, which he believes plays a significant role in their success. And who would argue with him, as his team currently sits top of the Premier League.
