Arsenal and Tottenham will once more meet in the Carling Cup semi-final, with Chelsea meeting Everton in the other clash.
The North London rivals met in last season's semi, where Arsenal came out on top 5-3 on aggregate after extra time of the second leg.
Arsenal reached the last four with a 3-2 win at Blackburn on Tuesday, the same night Tottenham won 2-0 at Manchester City despite playing with ten men for 70 minutes.
Last year's winners Chelsea will host the first leg against Everton who are looking to play in their first domestic showpiece since they beat Manchester United in the 1995 FA Cup Final.
The Toffees beat West Ham at Upton Park last week, while Chelsea eased to a 2-0 home victory over Liverpool on Wednesday.
The ties will take place on the 7th and 21st January.
