Brazilian attacking midfielder Thiago Neves is attracting interest from Manchester United.
The Daily Mail says the 23-year-old late developer was voted the Brazilian league's best player last year after scoring 12 goals in 33 games from midfield for Fluminense.
Neves made his international debut when coming on as a substitute during Brazil's 1-0 win against Sweden at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium last month.
A fee has not yet been discussed, but the Brazilians are well aware they could not resist the spending power of the English champions.
He would join Brazil midfielder Anderson at Old Trafford, with full backs Rafael and Fabio - 18-year-old twins signed from Fluminense - also eligible to play for United from the start of next season.
