Olympique Lyon winger Hatem Ben Arfa remains a top target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
Ben Arfa is still to sign a new contract with Lyon and is a confirmed target for the Gunners and also Manchester United.
The Telegraph says Wenger is planning to make selective additions this summer and it is understood that the board are willing to make around £30 million available. Wenger, though, is expected to stick to his philosophy of developing emerging young players and the 20-year-old Lyon winger, Ben Arfa, is among his targets.
WTF reported only 30mil so where has all the profit from last year this year and the profits we made from the sales of henry freddie and the other players gone!!
this ben Arfa does look like a very good prospect though but i would also go for barry at villa to sit next to fab but wenger and arsenal wont go for someone like barry
