Chelsea are prepared to offer £23 million for Real Madrid winger Robinho.

Radio Marca says Chelsea have made an approach to Real for the Brazilian, who is still to see new contract talks concluded.

For their part, Real informed Chelsea that Robinho was not for sale - at any price. But the London giants will continue to monitor the midfielder's contract talks this summer in the hope a deal falls through.
