The imminent departure of Barcelona ace Ronaldinho has taken a blow as his preferred destination have yet to bid. Manchester City have been strongly linked with the attacking midfilder and have tabled a concrete offer. But the situation has been blurred somewhat with Ronaldniho's brother, and agent, Roberto de Assis blocking a potential move to City.
