Arsenal managing director Keith Edelman has revealed there's plans already being drawn up to keep Arsene Wenger at the club until 2015.

"Our succession plan for Arsene Wenger is Arsene Wenger," said Edelman. "We want him to continue, he is doing a fantastic job. He is signed until 2011 which is a long, long way away.

"We hope when we get to 2010, we will persuade him to sign up until 2014 or 2015. If he feels up to it, I'm sure he will re-sign and bring us some more great football.

"I'd like him to stay longer [than 2015] but it's a very, very tough job. It depends whether he physically and mentally wants to continue. I think it will be his last job in football management and, if he decides to stop, we would like to see if we can continue with him working with us in some role."
