Does this mean that Adebayor remains at Arsenal as there are no longer any outfits in pursuit of the Togonese international?

It has been reported that Emmanuel Adebayor has given the gunners a torrid time by demanding a 400% increase in his salary otherwise "kiss me good-bye". It has been speculated that Spanish and Italian otufits, Barcelona and AC Milan, were hot on the heels of the lanky striker, but due to recent captures they have now cooled interest.

Barcelona wrapped up the signing of Adebayor's Arsenal teammate Alexander Hleb, who replaced the void left by Ronaldhino, who joined fellow Brazilians Alexander Pato and Kaka at the San Siro. So now that both clubs have seeked and captured their long-awaited aquisitions what next for Adebayor? Would Arsenal fans welcome a comeback from the pension planning prolific striker?

Bottom line seems to be that Ade has no longer any backbone in his pursuit for an increased salary, he seemingly relied on the potential bids from major clubs to hold Arsenal at ransom for a 400% increase in his pay-check.
