Tuka, bringing in the 3 foreigner rule wouldnt affect the bigger clubs nearly as much as it would the underachieving also rans like newcastle. Arsenal, Chelsea etc could raise so much money from the sale of their foreign stars that they would have their pick of the best UK players. Newcastle however will always be mid table mediocrity.

There is also a shortfall in the wide midfield position for Arsenal. The absence of Reyes, Hleb’s known deficiencies, Walcott’s inexperience and Ljumberg’s ageing mean that Arsenal have to recruit a pacy winger to compliment Walcott’s inexperience.
N’Zogbia would fit the bill. So why not
In short let Charles go. He is a cracking prospect, who I am most saddened to say will benifit from the superior coaching he will recieve at Arsenal. When did Newcastle advance a player like Wenger does season in season out?
Newcastle will not sell N’zogpia he is a too big talent, and they will come back next year much stronger just wait and see…
Arsenal will not sign NZogbia, Babel from Ajax is coming, and is a far better player.

Severally Newcastle have repeatedly said they are not going to let charles leave them.Ribery and Babel are the players we need at the moment not charles.
N’Zogbia doesn’t deserve to wear the black and white shirt. His behaviour and attitude since the signing of duff have been a disgrace, a discredit to the club and an insult to the fans who pay to see him play not sulk. Unfulfilled potential combined with an unprofessional attitude are not what is needed at newcastle or anywhere else.

I keep hearing that English players are not good enough, but they’re good enough for the Big 3, just not good enough for the club struggling to hang on to 4th spot. The fact is that since Arsenal lost their English defence they’re on the slide, and I don’t think the cash-strapped ones can afford N’Zogbia, he’ll want to be paid money, not IOU’s.
English players aren’t good enough, Fact. Liverpool, Man Utd & Chelski have the better ones (which doesn’t say a lot) but the ones they do have mainly came through the youth system. Gerrard & Carragher at Liverpool are the only decent ones, Terry & maybe Lampard at Chelski, Scholes & Co at Man Utd. Any english players that were signed by those clubs cost ridiculous amounts eg Carrick at 18 million. Owen Hargreaves will cost over 20 million. Newcastle must be embarrased that Owen cost them 16 million, barely played a game & can now leave through his release clause for 9 million.
Seen as arsenal have the 2nd largest wage bill in the premiership I don’t think they are half as cash strapped as some opposition fans would like to believe.

N’Zogbia is no doubt a player with a lot of potential, unfortunately i just feel we are no longer the club to help him achieve it. My friends who live in newcastle say he is out in bars and strip clubs all the time, which is exactly the lack of professionalism we are trying to get away from.
I say cash in on him now and hope arsene wenger can help motivate him to become the top player he has the potential to be.
N’Zogbia will not leave in my opinion as I can not stress my point enough.

I live in Newcastle and have never seen N’Zogbia around the town
I seen him once and that was having dinner with Glenn Roeder ,Kieron Dyer and Celestine Babyaro
I work in a well know casino in newcastle and ive seen N’Zogbia in there pretty much every night i’ve worked there which is 3 nights per week, him and a few other of the young players. To be fair though ive seen most of the first team there, until 4-5am with girls hanging from places they shouldn’t be hanging chucking thousands of pound at the roulette/blackjack tables. not only is this bound to affect them getting up for training the next day but none of those bastards left me a tip!!!!!!!!
