Bendtner to overtake Adebayor?

The young dane has spoken of his desire to play first team football and push for titles in the coming season.
Goal.com says “I know everybody talks about winning things,” he told the club’s official website. “But that is what it is all about this year. I want to try and take a trophy home.
“I do set myself targets [in pre-season]. The main thing for everyone I think is to play a lot and of course I want to get more regularly into the squad.
“Then I want to progress in my own game. I want to prove to everyone what I can do.”
In the 2007/08 campaign Niklas Bendtner played a bit-part role in the gunners title bid, but with Adebayor lusting for recognition, Eduardo recovering and Robin Van Persie incessant to injury he could find himself leading the line more frequently.
Arsenal.com says “Nicklas Bendtner wants goals, games and trophies this term.”
Now thats all you can ask for in a player, and with that attitude and a nice return of goals gooners we’ll forget Adebayor in no time. But is he good enough?

If he improves as much as the other kids have then, why not? It’d be good if he and Ade had a better understanding.

I would like to see Brendtner replacing Ade,but with the latter awy from the Emirates, otherwise we will be accusing ourselves if Nick will not be a good replacement.
So please get rid of Ade for any price
Good luck Gonners
