Alex Furguson Threatens Legal Action Against Tottenham For Berbatov

Tottenham have been threatened with legal action by Manchester United over the Dimitar Berbatov tap-up storm according to media reports. This would make a second complain of the summer for Man U. who originally made a claim against Real Madrid in the Ronaldo battle.
The News of the World claim United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to go to war with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy after he accused him of arrogance and hypocrisy in making an alleged illegal approach for the Bulgarian striker.
The paper also claims that the Premier League champions will ignore Levy’s attack and remain confident of getting Berbatov with an improved £25million bid.
And Ferguson has hit-out at Levy’s claims about taking him to court, over claims he said he was going to sign the forward.
He said: “It is going to look embarrassing for Tottenham. They based their complaint on a newspaper story and I don’t know where those comments came from. They certainly didn’t come from me.
“But you know what Daniel Levy is like. He is different.
“I have not read the full article but I have been given the gist of it by our Press officer. I am sure our legal people will be looking at it.”
But Tottenham continue to claim Ferguson did make references to signing Berbatov.
And last night a Spurs spokesperson said: “With regard to United, we have confirmed comments came from Sir Alex talking at a supporters’ meeting.
“Our evidence will be submitted to the Premier League, all checked by our lawyers. We would not have said what we said without substantial evidence.
“And it is worth asking Alex Ferguson if he is happy to confirm that at no point has anyone from Old Trafford ever spoken to the player or his agent given that Tottenham has never given permission.”

Ferguson is a proven liar. Been doing it for years and getting away with it. What exactly is he going to sue for? Just a lot of wind from an old windbag. Fluff and bluster. Idiot. The only person I can see that has made comments that seem liable for court action is Ferguson. He publicly called Levy arrogant and a hypocrite.
I like the way he blew a gasket over Real’s approach for the diver but when the shoe is on the other foot it’s different. Silly old fool.

Lord Fergie is only ticked off at Spurs since Levy just shoved his infamous hairdrier so far up his butt, at full heat , so that everytime he f**ts he burns off his nose hairs - no wonder he’s ticked!
