Blackburn set to offer Keane Spurs exit route

Blackburn Rovers are set to offer unsettled striker Robbie Keane an exit route out of White Hart Lane this summer. Keane is one of the transfer targets earmarked by Rovers’ Indian owners as they aim to rebuild a team that flirted dangerously with relegation last season before managing to stay up by the skin of their teeth.

Keane is one of Spurs’ highest paid players and is one of the several players Harry Redknapp wants to offload this summer in order to bring in funds for new targets. Jonny Evans- Wolves interested in Man Utd defender

Wolverhampton Wanderers are turning their attention towards Manchester United defender Jonny Evans after seeing their bids for Roger Johnson and Matt Mills rejected. Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has identified Evans as a possible target to bolster his defence and the Northern Ireland international could be open to a move after the arrival of Phil Jones from Blackburn Rovers pushed him further down the pecking order at United.
